On 24 January, the Ice Hockey Methodology Centre held a conference at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) within the framework of the cooperation agreement previously signed by the two parties.
The 3rd International Basketball Conference was organised by the Basketball Special Methodology Centre on 16 and 17 January at the Rátgéber Basketball Academy in Pécs, Hungary. The two-day programme focused on the scientific approach to rehabilitation and recovery. Professor Tibor Hortobágyi, research professor at the Department of Kinesiology at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), has been acting as editor-in-chief of the international journal Biomechanics since 1 January, 2023. The renowned Hungarian research professor, who succeeds Dr Justin Keogh, is also the founding editor-in-chief of the Neuromechanics section.
