On Wednesday 5 October 2022, the dissemination event for the ENGSO training participants was held, where the HUSS delegates shared their experiences on the Tokyo-based workshop, and presented what they had learnt.
Professor Pál Hamar and Professor István Soós from the Department of Pedagogy of the Hungarian University of Sports Science gave successful presentations at the international conference titled ‘The 8th International Conference Education for Health and Performance’ organized by Babes-Bolyai University. The event was held in Cluj-Napoca on 21 and 22 October, 2022.
As a result of a successful TEKA grant, Dr habil Martina Uvacsek and research professor Dr habil István Soós participated in the ninth International Society for Physical Activity and Health (ISPAH) conference that took place in Abu Dhabi from 23 to 26 October this year.
On October 17, 2022, our university welcomed Dr Kantaro Matsui, the Rector of International Budo University (IBU). Dr Matsui was accompanied by Abe Testushi, guest lecturer at Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) and former HUSS student Yuto Tonoyama.
The International Relations Center of the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) offers Dr Paul Edmunds’ Business English Workshop at the university again this year.
Between 1st and 9th October, 2022, the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) welcomed Axel Binnenbruck from the Faculty of Sports Science of Münster University (MU). The German guest lecturer was received by Vice-Rector for General Affairs Dr Csaba Ökrös.
On October 12, 2022, the Hungarian University of Sports Science’s (HUSS) Rector Professor Dr Tamás Sterbenz, International Relations Director Dr habil Judit Kádár and Rector’s Advisor Kálmán Figler visited Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (UMB).
