The UPE has won a significant number of international mobilities

As part of the 2020 ERASMUS + International Credit Mobility Application (ICM) announced by the Tempus Public Foundation, we have submitted a large number of applications with our partners in many countries around the world with the aim of finding support for two-way mobilities outside the European Union. The awarded amount of support is € 49,835 (17.7 million HUF) and two full years will be available from 1 August 2020 for the mobilities to be realized in both directions.

The University of Physical Education has won mobility opportunities for 23 outgoing and incoming faculty, students and staff with higher education institutions in three countries: Georgia, Albania and Ukraine, with our international university partners. Unfortunately, the Tempus Public Foundation did not support the applications with Taiwan, the United States, Japan and a few other countries this year. We are to share all the information about the possibility of participating in the project on the University of Physical Education website, too. We encourage those who are interested in applying to notify us through their University’s IRC as soon as possible and our partners, to apply for mobilities with us for the next academic year, too.

It is especially important to mention that this year is the second KA107 project that we have won with our Albanian partner, which ensures the continuity of further, closer cooperation and we can offer some more ICM mobility opportunities now both directions, because the last year's project was extended due to the difficulties caused by the current pandemic situation.
