John Handyside, a seasoned coach with experience across multiple paddle-sport disciplines and federations, expressed his positive experience as follows:

The course was very interesting and informative; in fact, it was pitched at a much higher level in some of the topics than I expected. Many aspects of the course were delivered by a first-class team of Lecturers who were very much top of their fields of study.

Another participant, Zsombor Noé, succinctly captured the essence of the course:

The training summarizes the essential knowledge of the key areas that a modern canoe and kayak coach must be aware of. The presentations were clear, and the instructors supported their messages with many useful practical examples."

HUSS extends gratitude to the IRC organizers, ICF, and everyone involved in making this course a success. As a testament to the positive feedback received, IRC is exploring opportunities to offer more specialized short cycle coaching programs in the future.
