Sport as an Enabler for Sustainable Development

The first online international seminar of the Sport for Sustainable Development project was delivered with success! On the 21th of November, ENGSO Youth hosted the first online international seminar of the Sport for Sustainable Development project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. The seminar featured the introduction of the project, the Sport for Sustainable Development website and the ScoreAll17 manual.

Sport as an Enabler for Sustainable Development

Participants got introduced to the world of SDGs and the link between sports and sustainable development was revealed. Participants of the seminar involved selected youth leaders, sport coaches, MA and PhD students from three continents: Africa, Asia and Europe. According to the plans for the coming year, they will take part in a training course in Tokyo, Japan, where they will engage in an intercultural experience and exchange their knowledge in the field of sport and sustainable development.
