On 21 November, we can witness a unique occasion at the National Dance Theatre, where Megan Fairchild, a word-renowned leading ballerina and Dániel Gyurta, Hungarian Olympic Champion swimmer will give a presentation in English on mental and physical health.
The unique opportunity
The English-language event, which is a side event of the 2nd Budapest Ballet Grand Prix to be organised by the Hungarian Dance University between 18 and 22 November, Megan Fairchild, a principal ballerina with the New York City Ballet and a Broadway star, alongside Dániel Gyurta, a Hungarian Olympic gold medallist and multiple world champion swimmer will present a lecture on mental and physical health.
Participants will have a unique opportunity to gain insights from one of the USA's leading ballerinas and world-renowned swimmers and learn proven methods and practices.
How can someone support an internationally successful ballet career in transitioning to become an acclaimed commercial pilot. The participants can enjoy an exceptional backstage tour titled "Stage and Air," featuring former principal dancers from the Dutch Royal Ballet and commercial pilot Tamás Nagy.
The lecture is framed by notable sports psychologist and American football player Ákos Fülöp.
The speakers share insights on enhancing human performance and productivity, focusing on effective and sustainable ways to thrive in a competitive environment.
