Stipendium Hungaricum Conference

On 7 June, 2022, Tempus Public Foundation has hosted a conference entitled: “Stipendium Hungaricum: Internationalization of Higher Education through Scholarship Programs”.

Gabor Dobos, SH Director of Tempus Public Foudation summarized the results and success of the now nine year old SH Program. Then a roundtable discussion examined the scholarship from the perspectives of students and higher education institutes. Finally, a follow-up study showed the different carreer paths SH graduates had taken. In the afternoon various presentations discussed topics like hybrid courses, internationalization of the curriculum, handling crisis situations, building partnership, recruiting students and creating alumni chapters.

The HUSS representatives have gained useful and practical knowledge not only on SH scholarships but on other aspects of internationalization, too.
