Aleksandr Vlasenko's successful performance in Oslo

Figure skater Aleksandr Vlasenko, student of the Hungarian University of Sports Science, finished fifth at the international competition held in Oslo, earning valuable world ranking points.

The Sonie Henie Trophy international competition was held in Oslo between 6 and 9 March for the second time. Aleksandr Vlasenko, student specializing in coaching at the Hungarian University of Sports Science, took the 5th place in the adult men's category, earning valuable world ranking points.

His short program was excellent, scoring 68.36 points, placing him 5th and securing his spot in the final group alongside competitors such as the two-time European champion Adam Siao Him Fa. In the free skate, Aleksandr successfully executed two beautiful triple Axels, the first in combination, and his Triple Flip-Triple Toeloop was also well-performed, ultimately finishing 5th overall.

Aleksandr’s new big challenge will be the World Championships in Boston, which will take place between 25 and 30 March.
