The 33^rd edition of the EASM conference held in Budapest ended with an eventful programme featuring award ceremonies, speeches, and a traditional folk dance performance. The host of the event, Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025.

Gergely Csurilla, a researcher at the Centre for Sport Economics and Decision Sciences at the Hungarian University of Sports Sciences (HUSS), has been selected as one of the top three finalists in the New Researcher Award competition at the EASM2025 conference, with his academic paper.
