Our tour will continue to the St. Stephen’s Basilica. This roman catholic basilica is named after the first Hungarian king, and it is one of the most significant tourist attractions of Budapest surrounded by the district of restaurants and shops. The tour also takes us the Heroes’ Square including the Andrássy Avenue on the way to the square, with spectacular mansions and romantic boutiques surrounded by big old oak trees. It is a popular shopping area, but it is worth visiting for its fine architecture and interiors as well. Heroes’ Square is located at the end of the Avenue, with the enormous Millennium Monument with statues of seven national leaders of Hungary.
